You will receive a text message the day prior to your appointment which will enable you to confirm your appointment and pre-register. This is our preferred method of registration.
Also, we have enabled “Text 2 Pay” which is a new feature where you will receive a text message with a link to pay your statement!
Insurance coverage is constantly changing; knowing your coverage prior to your visit may save you both time and money. To better serve you, here is what you need to verify with your insurance carrier prior to every well child/sports physical visit:
- Does my insurance cover well child visits and immunizations?
- Do I have a maximum benefit for well visits and immunizations per year? If so, how much is it and how much of the benefit remains for the year?
- Do I have any co-pays or deductibles on well visits or immunizations?
- Is there an age limit on my well care or immunizations?
New processes for arrival: Call the office upon arrival to inform the staff that you are here. Your registration process will begin while you wait in your car. When an exam room is available you will be called and brought to the door where you and your child will have temperatures taken and then you will be directed to your exam room.
