Care Manager

A care manager is a dedicated member of your child’s healthcare team who helps coordinate care beyond the office visit. They assist with specialist referrals, follow up after hospital visits, and connect families to helpful community resources so care feels organized, supported, and easy to navigate.

Lactation Consultant

A lactation consultant is a trained specialist who supports families with breastfeeding and infant feeding. They provide guidance on latching, milk supply, pumping, and feeding positions, and help address common challenges such as discomfort, low supply, or concerns about infant weight gain. Their goal is to help families feel confident and supported while finding feeding approaches that work best for both parent and baby.
