• Send non urgent messages to our care team
• View test results and visit summaries
• Request prescription refills
• Access immunization records and health documents
• Pay bills securely online

To help ensure timely and appropriate care:

• Portal messages are reviewed during regular business hours
• Please allow time for our team to respond
• The portal is intended for non urgent medical questions
• Urgent concerns should be addressed by calling our office at 586-558-2111
• For emergencies, always call 911
